Having someone else take the photo in good lighting where I can clearly see the area is best). & any reference photos you have to go with your submission. This can include photos of my work that you like as well, as this helps me get a feel for the piece you are wanting to get.

Deposit agreement

I understand that if my booking request is approved, I will be required to leave a non-refundable deposit. I am required to give a 72 hour notice if I need to reschedule my appointment, otherwise I will lose my deposit. My deposit will be forfeited if I reschedule more than twice, or more than six months pass without an appointment. I understand that Jen is one person and that while unlikely, there is always a possibility she might have to reschedule my appointment due to circumstances out of her control such as sickness, weather or emergencies. I understand that deposits are non-refundable and I will clarify any questions I have regarding deposits prior to booking my appointment date.
